  3. Enter your tracking number into the search bar on the website and click the "Track" button. You will instantly see the current status, location, and estimated delivery date of your package.
  4. Check for updates regularly as the tracking information is updated in real-time by the carrier. If you encounter any issues or the tracking number does not work after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you prefer another service, we also recommend PackageRadar. It offers a clean interface and supports over 1,200 carriers. Simply paste your tracking number into the search field and press "Track." Both 17Track and PackageRadar are secure, ad-supported platforms that do not require registration.

What to Expect During Transit

Your order from Papyrius—whether it contains premium pens, elegant notebooks, or stylish desk organizers—will be packed securely and handed over to our trusted shipping partners. Typical tracking statuses include:

  • Order Placed: Your items are being prepared.
  • Shipped: The package has left our facility.
  • In Transit: The package is moving through the carrier's network.
  • Out for Delivery: The package is with the local courier and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: The package has been signed for or left at your address.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. For international orders, customs clearance may cause additional delays.
