Terms of service
Welcome to Papyrius. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products—including pens, notebooks, and desk organizers—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing any order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
1. User Agreement
By using the Papyrius website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. All purchases are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account-related information, though Papyrius does not maintain a user center. For any inquiries regarding your order, please contact us directly at [email protected].
2. Limitation of Liability
Papyrius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the purchase of our products. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms of Service or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The Papyrius name, logo, and all related product names and designs are trademarks of Papyrius. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property owned by Papyrius may result in legal action. You agree not to use any automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or copy content from our website.
