Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Personalized or customized products (e.g., engraved pens or monogrammed notebooks).
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Digital or downloadable content (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Refund

To start a refund request, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Papyrius is not liable for lost or damaged return packages. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
